As the founder of Cascade Mortgages, I bring over 25 years of industry experience and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. Known for my personal and tailored approach, I aim to make every step of the mortgage process stress-free. Outside work, you’ll find me enjoying long walks with my two beloved Newfoundland dogs, who are as much a part of the family as the business is.

I’m Cascade Mortgages’ go-to for business support and compliance, ensuring top-notch systems and controls are in place. With a background spanning NatWest Bank and Independent Financial Adviser Services, I ensure the company consistently delivers the highest standards. My grounded, holistic approach carries into my personal life as a certified yoga instructor. I love teaching yoga locally and spending quality time with my family and dog.

With over 25 years of expertise in the mortgage sector, I am dedicated to being a trusted guide through life’s big financial decisions. My calm and methodical approach ensures clients receive solutions tailored to their specific needs. At home, I enjoy recharging with quiet film nights or long weekend walks, often accompanied by a rewarding pub visit.

I have over 30 years of banking and mortgage experience and use this to keep on top of Diane’s cases, and the day-to-day office management. My meticulous and approachable demeanour makes me a cornerstone of the team. In my free time, I like to unwinds with yoga classes and cherish moments spent with family and friends.

With over 7 years of experience in financial services, I prioritize a client-first approach, ensuring every client receives the support and expertise needed to make informed financial decisions and navigate the complexities of homeownership. As a new build mortgage specialist, I provide tailored advice to help clients secure the perfect mortgage. Outside of work, I have a keen eye for interior design and stay up-to-date with the latest trends. When not advising clients, I love spending quality time with my partner and our Labrador, Oatie, in the picturesque town of Tenby.

With nearly 12 years of experience in the property industry, including two years as a mortgage adviser, I'm passionate about helping people turn their property goals into reality. Whether you're buying your first home, moving house, or remortgaging, I pride myself on providing clear, honest advice and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and children, who keep me busy and entertained. If I'm not with them, you'll usually find me training for or competing in a HYROX event and working towards my next challenge.
